I’m trying out a new thing. I’ll be posting various field recordings about once per week. No particular theme to it all, but I’ll start with sound durations I find in my daily life in Dublin.
Text
Scaffolding had been set up around the building where I work for the past few months. On this day it all came down, and I was sincerely thrilled when I entered my office to hear how loud and noisy and clangy and chaotic it all sounded.
So much clatter. The melodies of voices calling out. Rumbling from the street outside, with the occasional car horn.
It was a beautiful day, so much sun.
